- Daily full cleaning service during the stay: E90. (Weekly full cleaning service available on request); the flat must be tidied up before the service to facilitate the cleaning service.
OUR RULES
- Payments have to be made at the moment of the delivery of the keys and they cannot be suspended or delayed by any claim.
- E100 deposit.
- No pets allowed
- The flat must be surrendered in the same conditions with which it has been received (fee: compensation for the loss suffered)
- If the flat it’s not surrendered clean, E50 will be deducted from the deposit.
